Data Deletion Instructions

If you have access to your account:

1. Log in to Audeez.
2. Open Settings.
3. Use the account deletion option and confirm the request.
4. Follow any security or re-authentication steps required.

After confirmed deletion, Audeez may delete or de-associate account data such as profile records, pages, posts, collabs, follows, highlights, endorsements, messages, and certain local preferences, subject to the limits described below.

If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Audeez from your Facebook account by visiting Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites, selecting Audeez, and removing it. Removing the Facebook connection does not necessarily delete all Audeez-side records by itself, so you should also delete the account inside Audeez or contact us directly if you want account-level deletion.

If you signed in with Google or another external provider, you may also revoke Audeez access from the relevant provider's account permissions page. As with Facebook, revoking a login connection does not automatically remove all Audeez records if a separate Audeez account still exists.

Even after deletion, we may retain limited information where permitted or required by law, including for fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, billing, tax, accounting, enforcing agreements, complying with legal process, completing already-initiated payment obligations, or preserving backups for a limited period.
